Pandrol FASTCLIP FCA

Pandrol FASTCLIP FCA in an economical adjustable system for use on slab tracks for Light Rail, Metro, Main Line and High Speed track.

Pandrol Fastclip FCA can be assembled at the sleeper factory and delivered to site captive/pre-assembled on the pre-cast element for top down construction with embedded pre-cast concrete elements. The system can also be provided with an alternative construction plate to facilitate wet pour top-down construction.

  • The FCA System has evolved from the Pandrol SFC System and Pandrol’s experience in Japan and the USA with bolted down cast shoulder applications in concrete sleepers. With all the functionality of the Fastclip SFC System but without the need for a baseplate it is one of our most economical yet high performance systems.

    With a static stiffness greater than 40 Kn/mm the system is ideally suited to tracks where ground vibration is not of significant concern, ideally suited to pre-cast solutions for LRT, Metro, Main Line and High Speed non-ballasted tracks.

    The Pandrol Fastclip system is a resilient, threadless rail fastening system with the unique Pandrol switch on-switch off system that enables fast and efficient track installation resulting in lower installed and life cost benefits.

    As a threadless system Fastclip is ideally suited to an environment where time for maintenance is limited and where the integrity of the fastening system is crucial for safety. The unique shape of the Fastclip installed perpendicular to the rail provides the opportunity for high speed remote track inspection, and the threadless design of the fastening, minimises the requirements for maintenance.
