Pandrol Track Systems have developed a wide range of LRT/Metro products to suit the diverse scope of requirements set by rail authorities and contractors, adapting to satisfy local environmental, and regional/global standards.
We have products that suit different construction methods such as top down wet pour, embedded block or sleeper, pre-cast plinth or slab. You can find more information about our embedded rail systems and floating track systems on the Pandrol CDM Track website.
We have products that are designed with plastic baseplates, cast baseplates and systems without baseplates. We have products with threadless rail fastenings and with screw type fastenings. We have systems offering a wide range of stiffnesses from high to very low and we have future proofing opportunities to interchange between these stiffnesses.
Pandrol is able to go further in meeting some very specific design considerations in terms of track structure interaction, corrosion protection, special track work, adjustability needs and other bespoke requirements that we can accommodate through dialogue with the contractor or end user.
